What the request form keeps, and for how long.
The short version
Cogniox has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising scripts. The only personal data it stores is what you type into the dealer courses request form.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, phone number and a short message, plus a tick to show you agreed to this page. We don't record your IP address or browser details with the request, and nothing personal goes into the page address.
What it is for
To pass your request to Northern Lights Casino, which runs the dealer courses, so it can contact you about a place. We use it for nothing else.
Who sees it
Us, and the casino. We give your request to the casino to arrange the course. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Requests are deleted 12 months after they arrive. Once the casino has your details, how long it keeps them is up to the casino.
Server logs
The web host records each page request: the IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser's name. Hosts do this to keep sites running and to spot abuse. We don't use these logs to follow individual visitors.
If you write to [email protected], we read what you send and reply. We don't promise a set time for keeping those messages.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you used. If you live in Minnesota, you may also have rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, to the extent that law applies to this site.
Under 18
The form is for people who are at least 18. Don't send it if you're younger. If a younger person's request reaches us, we delete it.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects the form, the new text will be on the form's page too.
